Eli, a member of the K-Pop group U-Kiss was answering fan questions on twitter earlier today when a fan by the name of @silvervipvivi asked him "Do you like Big Bang?". Eli responded by saying, "I'm a big TOP fan^^ If you see this hyoung..." and continues on in Korea with a short message for TOP.
